CAT Bridge

Once a Chain Agnostic Token has been deployed on multiple chains with CAT Deployment, the CAT Bridge is available to migrate tokens or NFTs across chains.

This is the current testnet for the Chain-Agnostic Token standard V1, which is live on Wormhole and has been audited by Halborn. The Chain-Agnostic Token V2 standard will be available with Axelar, CCIP, LayerZero and Wormhole and is coming soon.

The CAT Bridge will also be offered as a solution that projects can configure, brand and host on their protocol so that end users can transfer tokens across chains seamlessly.

Migrate tokens in 1 step

• Connect wallet, select the Chain-Agnostic Token from the drop-down

• Select the chains you would like to send tokens to and from

• Input token amount & migrate

Note: Only gas fees are required on the origin chain, our relayer contracts helps you take care of the gas fees of the destination chain.

The type of migration will depend on the implementation of the Chain-Agnostic Token:

• CAT V1: Burn & Mint or

• CAT V2: Lock & Mint

In this user scenario, the user begins with 100,000 DEMO tokens on BNB Chain. 100,000 is the total supply.

• The user chooses to migrate 500 DEMO tokens from BNB Chain to Avalanche.

• Once migrated, 500 DEMO tokens are burned on BNB Chain and 500 DEMO tokens are minted on Avalanche.

• The total supply is still 100,000 across all chains;

  • 999,500 DEMO tokens are on BNB Chain

  • 500 DEMO tokens are on Avalanche

Tokens are only minted on the destination chain once there is a receipt of the correct amount of tokens being burned or locked on the origin chain.

As DEMO tokens are Chain-Agnostic Tokens (CATs), token holders can use CAT Bridge to seamlessly migrate tokens from one chain to another at any time.
